I was looking at 2020 Mustang GT listed by a Seattle area dealership from my home near Detroit. Due to work obligations, I was unable to personally inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Within a few minutes of speaking with Mark, I knew that he was the man of the job. I retained Mark to be my "eyes and ears" on this purchase, although Mark told me that he normally doesn't appraise newer vehicles. Mark photographed and took videos of every inch of the vehicle, making sure to highlight any paint imperfections and rim damage. He accompanied the salesman on a test ride, taking a video of the ride. I asked Mark to call me as soon as he completed his inspection. I had one question for him, "If you were looking for this type of vehicle, would you buy it?" He replied, "Hell Yes", so I did. Upon arrival, the Mustang looked better than the pictures; it drives like a dream and goes like hell. Mark and I have continued to converse about cars, the Woodward Dream Cruise and I've sent him several pictures and texts after delivery. So glad I placed my trust in Mark, I smile every time I open the garage door.
